They always do a fabulous job on both pedicures and acrylic nails. I have never left disappointed. Everyone is friendly. Prices are reasonable, too. They do charge a small usage fee for debit/credit cards but it's only $1-$3 depending on cost of services. I am so glad I found them! Highly recommend!

the best nail salon in the entire world!! I went here with my friends once and I loved the service I received. The color I did on my nails was beautiful and long wearing! Would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.

I will only go here! I always get compliments on my nails and that last such a long time. The prices are more than fair. It's been 2 years for me and I'm so glad I found them

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.
I walked in, without an appointment, and someone assured me they would "have me ready in 5 minutes." I waited 1 hour. At first it was 30 minutes until someone took me to a chair, and the guy put acetone on my nails and wrapped them, AND THEN LEFT FOR THIRTY MINUTES, (that's bad for your nails) walking around staring at me not acknowledging me. Every employee KNEW I WAITING AND NOBODY ACKNOWLEDGED ME. After an hour and not even starting my nails, the guy WALKS OVER AND STARTS SOMEONE ELSES NAILS. And so I walked out. Many spare employees had nothing to do and just walked around. So when I left nobody even tried to stop me or say they were prepping. It was really disappointing because they all did whatever they were doing and didn't even act like they cared.

I have been living in Surprise for about 4 years and until recently, hadn't been able to find a good nail salon. The customer service is great everyone is super nice. I highly recommend the dip as well. Tony never fails to do an amazing job. Only reason I give 4 stars is due to the wait, even when making an appt. However, I always come out of that shop with amazing looking nails!
