I come here every two weeks since they opened to do my nails with Kelly. Been doing my tips, pedicure and eyebrow with her for over 10yrs. Where ever she goes my family and I are there.
In the last month or so the environment in the nail salon has changed I know it’s hard times and theres been some changes but the new nail techs are a bit rude and make you feel uncomfortable. They are always talking in there language and come off as if the clients are bothering them but it’s them making the establishment Uncomfortable for others. They only play there kinda music and shows on the tv. Being that they on 170th in the Bronx and its a diverse neighborhood they should be more welcoming. Stuff like this should be addressed so you won’t lose clients.
Over all Kelly is amazing with me and the work she does never disappoints it’s the other thing I see when I’m there that gets to me .

Went there after work. She was open at 9am instead of 10 am a plus. I also kept falling asleep after a 12 hour shift. And she just kept right on doing my nails. She was fast but did a good job. Didnt get a design. Basic coffin tip..one color gel...jewels on two nails 50.00$. I tipped 10$ for falling asleep and her having to redo gel paint on two nails. She is very friendly and sweet. A great place to go
