I would normally give this place more stars, and I will give Nicole and Maria 5 stars, however, LA Nails lost a customer. I've been going there for over 6 years. The best pedicures are given by Nicole and Maria. I will not see anyone else. Over the past 6 years, I have walked out at least 4 times. Tonight was another time. There is no communication from anyone in there as to the wait time. I waited 40 minutes tonight for a pedicure. Both Nicole and Maria were off. I would have left and come back another day, except I needed to get a pedicure. I let Tony know that. Cindy was in the back doing the eyebrows, Tony and his wife were in the front. All of a sudden Cindy left. I thought she was eating dinner, which is why I waited so long. Finally, a woman came in and asked for a manicure. She was told the wait was 1 hour. She left, stating there are plenty of other places on the Avenue. I was the only customer waiting. Another woman came in and said she wanted her nails done by Tony. He did not give her a time. I asked how much longer I needed to wait, he said a long time. I got up and left. 40 minutes of my time wasted, plus money in the meter. The reason why I will never go back is because you shouldn't ignore customers. Don't let them sit there for 30+ plus minutes having no idea how long their wait time is. Let them know that there are only 2 of you working. The other times I have walked out have been for the same reason. Long wait times and no communication until I have spoken up and asked. Once I was sitting in the pedicure chair with the water becoming cold, refilling the meter three times. No apology. Just a smile. If Nicole and/or Maria were to leave, I would follow them immediately. They are the only good to come out of there. 6+ years and I will find another nail salon to go to.

They are superrrr rude and do not do a good job i asked him to fix my nails and he caught an attitude and would not fix them and literally took my naiks off because he could not do it DO NOT GO its badd

I walked in with coffin shaped nails... I told the nail tech t keep the shape but just file the down because they were a little long. She messed up the shape completely. I explained the shape to her three different times and still she messed them up. The nails are not even. Further more I asked for a color which the nail tech also got wrong. When I told her that was not the color I asked for she got an attitude. She went to London was l for the color, which took she another 10 minuets and then told me to pick a different color because they didn’t have it. While I was trying to find a similar shade she came back and told me she found it. I am never going back to this place. I’m so unhappy with the service. My nails are not what I wanted the shape is so bad I can’t even ask some to fix it. I have grow them out and wait. Absolutely terrible place.
