Had an appointment at 4:15 for a pedicure and told them I needed to be out by 10 to 5pm and arrived and had to wait as no one was able to see me right away only 3 people working, place was pretty much empty. Wasn’t put in a chair until almost 4:30. Was told I would still be done by that time. Soaked and had polish removed before I had to leave and still got charged for a full pedicure!!! Will never come here again! Horrible customer service!!!

Worst place ever! If there were a zero star rating that's what I would give them. I called in first before coming to check if they were busy and I was told no appointment was needed. I showed up less than 5 minutes later and there were no customers. I waited for a long time until an Asian lady, who was very nice, helped me and did my pedicure right away. The other Mexican girls didn't want to do my nail while my pedi is getting done. Another client showed up without appointment and got her manicure first. I ended up walking out. They're so unfriendly unprofessional, not to mention how expensive they are

I have a bad experiened here. Its my first time. But anyways i have my pedi and mani done. One girl is doing my pedi while der lady is doing my manicure at the same time she put a bowl of water on my lap and spill all over me while soaking my hand. I know that tjey wanna make money but that wasnt compfortable at all. And the gel is already coming off.:(

Love Crystal Bay! The owner is a doll and the ladies that work there are always so nice. I love getting mani/pedis here! It's the only place I go and I recommend it to everyone.
