Worst experience of my life!! I was offered a free hair and makeup trial here for my wedding. I showed up with high hopes, thinking I already found my place, despite that it was an hour from home. I was sent the price list it was all within budget. The woman went to curl my hair and did not speak to me at all. Instead, she spoke Spanish to the other employee. It felt uncomcmfortable, like a nail salon. I wanted my hair heavily curled and it took her 10 minutes to do because she didn't section my hair at all. As soon as shed finish a curl, she'd brush it out. For anyone who hasn't had their hair curled, this is the opposite of what you should do because you lose the curl if you touch it before it cools. It came time to move to makeup and the artist was over an hour late. Meaning I had to sit there, listening to two people speak Spanish while I was there awkward and uncomfortable. The makeup artist finally showed up, an hour and a half later with her son with her and set up. She reeked of smoke and was constantly breathing in my face. She put on 4 layers of full coverage foundation which she didn't match to my skin color. See the picture below to see the finished result. She answered a video chat from her boyfriend while I was having my makeup done, which was very awkward and uncomfortable. She didn't set my face or listen to my requests at all. The worst thing though was that she was taking products out of her own personal makeup bag (Including used brushes) and tried to use them on my face. I was able to avoid it every time because I was paying attention, but I feel so bad for everyone that didn't and we're put at risk! Despite a negative experience, I was given my quote right before I left for myself/ my bridal party and that quoted me for over $100 more than originally stated in their posted prices. The manager said they are "open for discussion", basically implying I'd have to pay that unless I felt like haggling. Overall, I wasted a whole night and was treated terribly. Do not come here for any services!! The owners are nice but it's not worth it! They need a completely new staff, manager included. **Look at the color of my face compared to my neck and hands!! I had to wash my face FOUR TIMES with soap and water to get that foundation off!! I went through almost a dozen makeup removers before I washed it and it just wouldn't come off without soap!**

My hairdresser is Manda, she has been doing my hair over a year my 9 year old gets her hair done too, Mrs, Manda is a amazing hair stylist she can do anything. She has the talent. And she will not brake your bank account. Reliable never double books. In and out. Looking FLAWLESS! Very relaxing environment. So please give Manda a call for your next haircut or any service trust me you will not be disappointed......

I absolutely love this place! Everyone makes you feel like family. My hair always comes out amazing and flawless. I also use them for my wedding and everyone’s hair and make up came out breathtaking. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

I would give one star because the Lee and Rodney and the manager Nikki and her husband Nick seem friendly. However, I did not feel heard or listened to while I was there. I was offered a free hair and makeup trial after attending a wedding expo that would normally cost $90. I asked Lee to do tight curls with a small curling iron, but they said they could do them with a large curling iron. The hair was curled half-hazardly and came out frazzled and loose. I showed them a picture of water fall braids and explained that I would like waterfall braids. Rodney and Lee proceeded to do standard braids, saying they would weave the hair through the braids for a waterfall look. I asked after the first braid was done if they could do waterfall, but they said they would like to just try this and let me see first. After they finished I said that I would prefer waterfall braids. They both said that waterfall braids are really hard and they couldn't do them and that no one in the salon could. Then they asked the manager who said that there was one girl who could do it. The curls ended up coming out an hour after I left the salon, despite promises that my hair would stay curled and last the entire day. I have had my hair curled severally times before and it held until the morning after. When Lee did my makeup I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained what I wanted. The salon seemed as though it lacked a selection of eyeshadow and lipsticks. I found the foundation left a thick, chalky textured look rather than a smooth finish. Throughout the session Lee would ask me questions and seemed to do the opposite of what I suggested. Both the hair and makeup came out looking totally different than I had asked for. Surprisingly I have gone to other salons for engagement photos and a bridal shoot and had the same hair style and look done perfectly. I am from Canada and am getting married in 46 and am still on the search for a company to do my hair and makeup. The manager did say that I could come back for another trial and assured me they would only give me what I want on the day of my wedding. The trouble is I know the girls will want similar makeup and half updos, but if I am not heard or listened to I don't know how my bridesmaids or I could get what I want done.

So disappointed. This place was recommended by David’s Bridal for a hair and makeup trial for my wedding. I called to make an appointment and the owner (female) said someone would call me the following morning. No call. I called back 3 days later and she said someone would call me. I received a call the following day, from the stylists cell phone to my cell phone, to schedule an appointment. I showed up at my appointment time only to realize they had moved. I called and was given the new address. When I was pulling in, I received a call back from the owner (male) to say the stylist texted me the day before asking to reschedule. He confirmed that she had sent the text to the wrong number. Not sure how considering she had called me before and what did she think when i never responded?!! I was told she would be calling me to reschedule and she never did. Terrible customer service and I booked at another salon. Shame on them.
