The business owners and staff are always considerate and polite. I have been going here for a long time and have always received quality service. Highly recommend.

I have gone to this place for a few years. I got dip nails that were simple, maintenance free. Then, I got a fungus under two nails. Soaked off, and let nails heal. Noticed right away that my own nails had become thin with dremel filing of nails. After my nails were grown out and strong again, a nail tech suggested gel. Looked good, but when I went in for a polish change, I asked to please not file my own nails, as they became thin and they hurt. Filed my nails, nevertheless.
I think it is very disrespectful to have a client who does not speak Vietnamese, sitting in front of you, while the tech working on your nails, speaking Vietnamese to other techs around, not speaking any English. Perhaps it is considered the norm, however it is *very* inconsiderate to speak another language in front of a person, knowing that person does not speak the language. I really gave this place several tries. It has gone downhill considerably. No one really seems to care. Sadly, I will not return.

I am very happy with the service at Salon 54 & Spa. The technician does great job. Very professional, reasonable, caring and reliable.

This place is terrible. I paid over $50 for a pedicure. A day later all the nail polish was chipped and one nail the polish was completely gone. When I called to ask them to redo it, I had to speak to 3 separate people before they agreed to fix it. Will never go back again.
