After having a not so great no chip manicure from another place, it really made me appreciate this salon (which is my typical place I go to). Bagi did my manicure and he was so gentle with taking off the old color and taking care of my cuticles. He also took his time and was extremely meticulous to make sure my nails were perfect. I recommend this place to everyone.

One of my favorite places to get a mani/pedi in Chicago. I almost didn't write a review because it's getting too popular for a walk in.
Great color selection, paraffin treatment and mini massage included!

Walk in this afternoon to ask if they have any openings,,,No hello at all just said "at 1o'clock" I said "ok I'll take it" and the lady seem mad because I decide to take that appointment. When it was time again, I walk in and said "hello" this guy with mean face only said "choose a color" despise this rudeness I choose my color and waited again. The same guy with the same serious face pointed at a chair and said "go to the last chair " he talk to me like he was talking to a dog in a park giving orders. Still I was happy to be there for my first time(new to the area)and gave him another chance. sat there and then he came,, I asked " do u guys accept credit cards?" He reply "cash will be cheaper" that did not answer my question but I had cash too so just let him grab my hands to start with my manicure. So far I have not heard any "hello,welcome or Hi" No acknowledgement from no body that works there,,I felt like the clients were undesirable there. Then he whispers something to me,,that's how all asian people usually speaks super soft and whispering. Two times I asked "what?" He was so mad because I couldn't understand his heavy accent and ask me again in a normal voice I could hear and feel the attitude from him. This was enough for me and I just asked him to charge me for him been sitting in front of me and been rude to my face. He got up and left the chair, he was happy and relieved that he didn't have to do my manicure. Left the place and still not a word from no body not even a BYE! I walked to the next nail salon super close to this horrible place and as soon as I walk in the front desk person made me feel welcome, and explain to me that unfortunately they had all day booked, he apologized for it and hoped that I will come back another day. He made me smile even though he was saying NO to me. That's called customer service, and no wonder they are so book,, this is a real nail salon with class and people who work there to make their tips with cordial behavior. Thanks to this bad experience at Nail boutique, now I have found my perfect classy nail salon even closer to my house. Thanks for the horrible experience and hopefully tou keep your business growing with all of that joy and happiness your employees have on their faces!
