technician didn’t change her gloves from the last person she gave a pedicure to. the nail files looked really used up and not so clean looking. would not come back.

After having my nails royally screwed by a salon just down the road, I had to wait to get them fixed since I didn’t want to take 3 kids into a salon. I’m talking bubbles, uneven acrylic to where some nails had waves and some nails didn’t have acrylic covering the sides. I refused to go back to the salon that messed them up so I went to Vivi Nails and I’m so glad I did! I needed a fill as well and the gentleman who did my nails goes by E.T. and they now look better than I had hoped for. I am beyond happy and will definitely be back to see E.T. Thank you for fixing the atrocious nails for me. Now they are beautiful!

tl;dr: I would not recommend to a friend. Had my wedding mani/pedi done here about a week and a half ago. There was no wait, the lady nail tech started immediately on my pedicure. I’m actually leaving two stars because the pedicure was decent, right up until the part where she started painting my nails. I was doing gel on my fingernails so they had me pick out a nail polish pair that had both normal nail polish and gel nail polish in the same box so that they would be the same color. I actually didn’t understand this, and was a little confused because one of the bottles was not see through and one was one, visually I couldn’t tell if they were the same color or not...I had no idea that they were supposed to be a pair. I have never seen this brand before. Anyway, the color that came out of the bottle definitely didn’t match the color that was on the sticker outside the bottle and I wasn’t a fan of the tone. Whatever, it was just my toes, I would pick a different color for my manicure. Right away I noticed that the color though was streaky...I figured a second coat would fix it. It didn’t...it made it worse. I was actually sort of amazed that she continued to use that polish as it was very obviously not doing well. She moves on to the clear coat and doesn’t even put the clear coat all over the nail, just over most of the nail...it looked as if I had several layers of nail polish under the current layer that was never removed. It was awful, I thought I was seeing things sitting in the chair watching this. Maybe I am? So we move to mani. Not the worst manicure I’ve ever had, but it’s close. I had chipped clear coat on my nails that was not removed before the mani. My nails were not filed evenly, I had to ask her to fix two before she started painting them. The polish was applied way too lightly, it’s a lighter pink but it’s not THAT light...it wasn’t a sheer/see through type of light. I had to ask her to put a third coat on because you could see right through the polish. The brush strokes were uneven, I have bubbles in several nails. At the end she had me put both hands in the little light machine that dries your nails...after i hesistated because two hands clearly would not fit...but she kept punching my second hand in...well both hands didnt fit in the thing at once and I ended up touching two of the nails before they were dry leaving a smudge on one and a fingerprint on the other...instead of starting over on those two nails she just put another clear coat on them...so you can see the smudge and the fingerprint. About five of my nails are lumpy as well...not smooth as the nail usually is. I’ve already been there two hours and I’m ready to go. She takes my toes separators off and puts my flip flops back on, knocking my big toes while doing it and smudging the polish. I did not notice this until after I walked out of the store. I should’ve walked back in immediately but had to let my mom who just got into town into my house and I also knew that both the man and the woman were with new customers. I came back twenty minutes later...I live less than two miles from the salon....and was told I’d have to wait to have my nail polish fixed...I just wanted my toes fixed because of the streaks and smudges. I waited for about 45 minutes when I was then told by the man that it would be another 45 minutes before they could fix it...because apparently they can’t have someone wait in the foot soak while they spent ten minutes, if that, repainting my nails. I was told to come back the next day. I left. No I did not go back and have my nails fixed...it was the day before my wedding day and I’m not sure how in the world I was supposed to find another hour out of that particular day to have them fix something that shouldn’t have been messed up in the first place. I took all the polish off myself that night and made peace with the fact that I wasted $50 on a terrible mani/pedi. When I figure out how to upload photos, I will.

They did an amazing pedicure, easily one of the best ones I've ever gotten! They were able to fit me in right away with no wait. Very reasonable prices too. I'll definitely be returning.
