I’m extremely frustrated at the lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. I had an appointment but half way through getting my nails done my technician told me someone else would finish them. She proceeded to start work on another client right next to me while I had to wait for a different technician to finish with her client before finishing my nails. An extra 30 minutes was added to my appointment because I had to wait. While I am ultimately happy with my nails I will be finding a new nail saloon and will not recommend comfort nails to friends or family. I don’t understand why some customers are more important and their time is more valuable then others.

I’ve been going to comfort nails for a while now. I’ve seen multiple techs but Kim is my go-to. She’s amazing! I’m currently going to school at CSU and will drive home just to get my nails done since I don’t trust anyone else! All of the techs are very talented and the salon is always clean.

Terrible service and they trash talked us the whole time we were in there. It was just my mom and I sitting there. I asked to get a pedicure and manicure and they made a big deal about it getting a manicure after our pedicure. Worst nail place I have ever been too! What a joke - don’t waste your time!

Had three infected nails after receiving pedicure from “technicians”. Painful and extremely disappointed. Don’t recommend.
