Great place to get a workout in while on vacation! Fully equipped with everything you really need. Owner was helpful and really nice, anything I could not find he would show where it was. Other members/visitor were very nice and courteous as well. Look forward to returning next year!

I was in town visiting and I emailed the owner ahead of time to see if I could do a drop-in and keep up my training. When I arrived, there were about a dozen people and not a single unfriendly one. I wasn't treated like an outsider at all and received equal attention during the technique portion. Learned some great tips from Charles for triangle choke angles and hand fighting on a RNC. There were all sorts of levels/abilities of students and I was happy to find a place teaching solid technique. They have an impressive collection of medals from their competition team and the place is very clean. Highly recommend the school and hope to return and visit again someday.

Small little place, but full of iron and sweat, some old machines. Still, they have a thing or two my normal, "better equipped" gym has. Manager is friendly, never really crowded when I was there. Got in some great workouts and plan to visit in the future.

I love this place! The instructors are great, always encouraging while pushing me to do better. The cost for membership is fair and easily affordable.

Great atmosphere and excellent coaching but the best part is awesome training partners!
