I had an appointment to get a simple facial wax, I had the feeling I should call before I went today and glad I did they are charging customers extra “service fee” due to having to have COVID supplies, yet a nail salon should ALWAYS be using PPE such as wearing a mask and gloves, I don’t trust any salon who does not follow these rules on a normal basis. To try and charge people extra for something they should always have makes no sense at all.

I would say the service is pretty good the lady who did my nails was nice and gentle. It was pretty full when I walked in at 1 and had to wait like 20 min But it was fine. She did my nails pretty good except the shape didn’t look like the shape I asked for which was coffin, and it was kind of uneven. But other than that I liked them😁

I just want to make it clear that I do mean to write a review for the Soho in Weaverville..
I’ve been coming here for a while now the first few times my nails came out amazing! On the other hand this time they didn’t turn out great.. the shaping of them were off by a lot.. the gel is every bumpy and not smooth like before.. my cuticles were burnt off by the filing.
I was charged for my nails which I’m not going to fus about I am just upset about the way they turned out.. I was charged the $3 fee.. again I’m fine with that.. I didn’t receive the right change back and didn’t realize till I got home.
*I should have said something about my nails but I’m to shy so I’ll take responsibility for that.
*I should have counted the money before leaving which I am very disappointed about.
^don’t think I will be returning great people tho.

Soho is the place to go! They always have amazing customer service and they do a great job.
