Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this salon! I almost made the mistake of booking an appointment! After reading what you went though you can bet I won't! Also I will spread the word! Thanks, Shay

I walked in to get my hair done on Thursday. The owner told me my appointment was at 5:45. I arrived a few minutes early, and never saw my stylist until an hour later, at 6:45. I kept asking the front desk girl how much longer it would take, but she was very irritated that I kept asking, and kept giving me "10 minutes" answers that obviously never panned out. I showed my stylist a picture that I took of my hair the last time I got it done, and told her I wanted the exact same thing. After waiting for three hours, I told her to not worry about drying my hair because I needed to get back. After going home, I noticed it was nothing like my picture. There was one color on top and another color on bottom, and an ugly gold color highlights on top. My picture was dark color with blonde highlights. I politely texted her and asked her if she could fix it with more lowlights, and soon because I was leaving town for a wedding that next week. Never responded back. I called that night and left a message on the machine. No one ever called me back. I called and left a message another day. No one called me back. I called and actually spoke with someone a few days after, and told her everything that happened. She said the owner would be in shortly and she would have her call me back. She never did. My schedule at work is the same schedule at their salon, so I waited until my early day to go in and talk to someone. I left for a wedding that I am in on Thursday, and on Wednesday I walked in. I was told the owner was not there, and that she was on vacation. I almost started crying, because the front desk person was so rude and made me feel like she was not going to help me at all. Thank God a stylist just happened to be sitting there and heard my problem, and agreed to add in a few dark lowlights in front. My hair still looks a mess, but at least it is a bit less of one. I am appauled that no one ever contacted me back, and she never responded to fix my hair, so now I am demanding a refund.
