Everyone here are nice. The ladies do there best to help you. Never too busy and always clean and organised. I always find the things I need.

Going to corporate about this location.. the staff is not very attentive & one employee in particular, Marilyn, gave me the worst encounter thus far. I walked into the store and was not greeted by either of the two employees working the front desk. Being familiar with Sallys, I looked around a little and didn't see what I was searching for. I called out for help but still received no reply; normally once I call for help someone responds and helps you as soon as they can but nothing... I walked up to the counter unsure if she'd heard me. I did say hello more than once- she continued as though she couldn't hear me and then snapped suddenly saying I'll be with you in a second and continued doing whatever she was doing at the time. At this point I could tell she had an attitude and still didn't help me! I went back to the area where I was waiting originally and waited at least two more minutes before leaving. The other employee helped someone that came after me! I shop from this establishment often but after this experience I will not be returning
