I swear there customer service skills are below 0..They have polished piled up on your toes and they act like they dont see it and when you tell them about it there rude with you...I repeat I would not recommend no one else to Pearl's Nails on Hooper Rd... Run 🏃♀️. You will be disappointed with there service. That 1 star is to much!!!!

It took a long time getting to me, but it was well worth it. They take their time with each customer, only one thing missing with the manicure, a hand massage, I look forward to that as I suffer with arthritis. But I'm pleased with the result.

They are always friendly. The prices are reasonable too. The place is always clean. Very sanitary. Nice,quiet,comfortable place to get nails, feet,& brows/lashes!
