I have never had such a bad experience at a nail place. The girl that did my toes was awesome, but the girl that did my nails had terrible customer service skills and overall unpleasant.
I asked if she could redo one nail that had white powder from the SNS in the middle of my nail ( French manicure ) and she said if she removed it, she would not be replacing the SNS on that nail if I was incorrect about it being powder vs. a white spot on my nail. It most certainly wasn’t a white spot on my nail. I had plenty of extra time to look at my nails after soaking off the old and waiting on the new.
I’m completely outraged with the utter lack of customer service, common decency. Unbelievable!
The shop itself looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and stuff was everywhere. Very messy place. There are plenty of clean, professional nail places in this area that have superior customer service, satisfaction guaranteed. I wouldn’t risk it going to this place. Go anywhere else.

Purchased Groupon, scheduled appointment and was told I had to schedule another appointment 4 days later because the groupon wasn’t mentioned initially upon making appointment. Waste of time and worth going somewhere else at full price.
The receptionist is barely 18 and looks abused and doesn’t communicate well with guests.
