The massage was great!! Thank you, Tracey!! However, my overall experience wasn't. I will not return as I was asked to come back in 15 to 20 minutes because I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. No clients whatsoever were waiting for service..... I was told two people were expected. There were several places to sit, and the spa was only open for appointments only. I was shocked at this request. Nevertheless I sat in my car and the clients never showed, at least prior to my appointment. My second gripe is I asked for change for a twenty as I wanted to tip my message therapist; I gave the co-owner my twenty and she gave me a ten in return. I never said the amount of the tip.... she should not have made that assumption. Lastly, I will not go into detail as my review is long enough but I was getting the runaround in getting my appointment scheduled. Could it be because I purchased a Groupon and my service was discounted by 65%? Hummm, I wonder. I think they'll get it together. I'm just sorry I can't patronize again, and I'm glad I didn't pay any more than what I did.

I always get amazing and quality service when I go in for my bi-weekly mani/pedi and waxing.
