Very dirty establishment. For the amount of money I expected more. I don’t recommend this place and i won’t be returning here. Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at have always been impressive..this one IS NOT
mold in the shower, stains in the rug, a/c wasn’t working properly, bleach stain on the sofa...

Just had the pleasure of meeting Joel. Very nice guy personable and Professional. 1st impressions are everything! Everything looks good and clean no noise and no lingering cigarette smell like some other hotels.

Glad I read reviews because they were right...Very nice place and experience!! When I arrived the front desk attentat was so nice and helpful and my check-in was very fast! She was very informative as well. The room was very clean and spacious! I slept so well in the bed!! Everything about my stay was very nice & I even got some Starbucks right across the street. The cleaning staff were very nice as well, I passed them a couple times throughout my stay and we're also very nice and doing a great job! To be honest I wanted to stay longer however I had to go back to work. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Stayed here when we first came and it was memorable so we knew where to stay when we came back. Still great service. Joel at the front desk is fantastic!

The hotel itself is nice but the hotel has a real problem with security. The night I stayed here my car was broken into. The hotel took no responsibility and said they don’t have cameras on site. They claim to have a security patrol which they could not show or prove. Upon filing a police report for the break in we were notified by local PD that car break in and theft is regular at this hotel and the ones in the area. That unless the hotel installs cameras which they have been advised to do. There is nothing they can do. I would STRONGlY recommend not staying at this property.
