Great Service, their new owner has a great personality and the prices are cheap. Definetly got the job done. Highly Recommended!

If I could five 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time. I went cause they're nearby and open on the holiday and regretted within minutes of them starting. They talk about me the entire time, charged extra with no explanation why, two were messed up and they laughed and wouldn't fix them. Just horrble. I wish I was brave enough to not tip because they were that bad but it's just not in me. Save your time and money. They're the worst. Sign says new management. It's bad.

Best nail salon I've been to! I've been going here since they opened; I'm more than sasitfed with their services and prices!! I normally get a gel nail refill and pedicure, both last me about 2-3 weeks with no chips or breaks!! If you haven't tired this salon you're missing out!!

I usually go to the salon farther up the street in Crispin Square. But I saw this one was under new management and figured I'd give it a shot. Biggest mistake ever. I went in and asked for a full set. $25. Decent price for the area. I didn't want gel polish because of how often I change my colors. The woman seemed irritated about that to begin with. I took a while to pick my color. I'm picky, so it takes me a bit. When I had the colors I wanted the woman says to me, "Ready, finally?" Hmm... Okay. I sit down. She doesn't take off my existing polish that was just a little left, she sanded it off. Didn't clean or really prep my nails at all. I had to stop her so that I could clean the little bit of junk from under my nails myself. Whatever, no biggie. So goes on to doing the acrylics. I asked for an almond shape. She told me they'd be $5 extra. Hmm... Okay. I asked for a matte top coat. Was told after it was applied that it would be another $5 charge. Well now you've turned my $25 full set into a $35 full set. Still not badly priced for this area. Here's my problem. When she was buffing my nails I had a small cut from when she had been using the little electronic sander previously. When she buffed over it, it began to bleed. She literally threw the buffer, put her hands up, and loudly yelled "Ewwwww!!! Eeww, ew, ew! Go wash your hands now!" I apologized... For her making my finger bleed. Washed my hands, dried them, and let her do the polish. $5 extra for a matte top coat isn't too bad. But they look terrible. They are scuffed, matte coat missing on some parts, and smudged. I asked her to fix them before I left and was told that was going to be ANOTHER $5 charge. My nails are not almond shaped like I requested and paid for, they are oval. The matte top coat looks terrible. My nails in general look horrible. No hot towel, no fixing of the cuticles, no lotion. I'll stick to paying the same price at Diamond Nails in Crispin Square. They are friendly, always do a great job and NEVER make me feel uncomfortable. I plan on telling everyone I know to NEVER go to this salon ever.
