I made an appointment for a no chip manicure & left with a $60 full set gel nails. I kept reminding the technician in between every step that what she was doing was not what I wanted. Even more disappointing was the quality. The nails were wide, uneven & bulky. She got mad every time I requested more filing to be done. Do not come here. Its a cute new place but overpriced with poor customer service.

I was a little nervous about finally getting a Pedicure during a pandemic but this was a very pleasant experience. Very clean, courteous and they did an excellent job. I will be back next time I'm in the area.

This is the same owner as Nail Spa Skin. I still come here. For the price and consistency quality for downtown, it's unbeatable. I will continue coming here.

Had a terrible experience yesterday, acrylics were filed lopsided and unevenly, and 2 popped off today not even 24 hours after getting them applied. Owner argued with me about price of gel set as I paid $55 when told it would be $40. Nail tech was extremely rude to me, did not let me choose my own color, and aggressive with my nails, and cut my finger open with the electric drill. Very disappointed!
