I love serenity nail! Jessica did a great job, always does! I had gotten a full set a little over a month now and they still look amazing. All my nails are still intact and I love the design, so I pretty much just need a fill. And on top of that the customer service is terrific! Jessica is so sweet and sincere. I will definitely be back soon!

I have been with Serenity Nails since I was 16, so almost 8 years now in May, & for the last 6 years, I go every 3-4 weeks. From getting my nails done to get my eye brows done & NOT ONCE have I been dissatisfied. I believe you pay for quality. I would not expect someone to do a good job unless I was willing to pay for it. Jessica is amazing at what she does and I have NEVER had a complaint. I have seen every type of customer walk through her doors. The life timers, the complainers, the ones who want top notch work done but don't want to pay for it. Jessica has always been understanding and never judgemental. She has held down this shop by herself and done a damn good job, the owner's would be proud. I understand not everyone will be happy because there are those people you will never be able to please and are picky about every little thing but understand people NOBODY IS PERFECT. I have not gone to any other nail salon because I love Jessica and will be going to her as long as she's around. She is amazing when it comes to nails, she is a wonderful person, a great listener and just beautiful inside and out. I would recommend whoever is not happy to go more than once and see if there opinion changes. I have seen many loyal customers come through her doors and I will forever be one.

Jessica is very friendly I can always count on her if I get off work late, I get my nails done and am always satisfied, reasonable prices.

This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I called first and asked for an acrylic fill, and she had no clue what I was talking about, then upon arrival she was talking down to me because "I didn't know what a fill was." When I got there I tried to say it differently so she would understand and she made fun of me even though I did know. But that was mostly misconceptions.
She then made fun of my nails saying how bad the last artist did, which were beautiful by the way. So she tore them all off! So of course I had to get a full set for $20 more. Then she butchered my natural nails! She filed them down really thin. Then after putting the acrylics on she filed with the little machine thing around the edges and went so deep that my nail beds are trashed my fingers still hurt weeks later from being so thin.

Really nice does really good details overall she does a great job on everything! ☺️
