I usually go to The Nail Bar, but b c they are so awesome and good, the day I needed to go, they were packed and couldn't fit me in, So I made my way here. The guy who did my nails, was extremely rough, and was working too fast like he was in some kind of marathons, the Lance Armstrong acrylic nail fills, he used the nail drill and actually hurt me twice, I let him know and he apologized but honestly could care less, I wanted my nails trimmed down and shaped but he didn't do it, which is ok because I didn't want him touching me and hurting me anymore then he had to. When I went to pay, I let the front desk know how rough he was and he hurt him, and didn't do what I asked, she didn't do a thing... even though on the wall they state how customer service is their priority. I will NEVER be returning here again! Ill be returning to my normal place The Nail Bar on 211!

Best pedicures my best friend and I ever had. Our ladies did an amazing job. Very relaxing. Will recommend.

My first time getting a Pedicure. I thought they did a fantastic job, very friendly woman and talkative. The woman was concerned about not hurting me with my ingrown toenail. I had a 5 star experience.

The atmosphere is very nice. However, some of the staff are unprofessional and have attitude problems. My nails are nice though. Still debating if it's worth returning.

Last night I arrived at this location for what I thought would be a good manicure and pedicure from what I was told by others. What resulted was a manicure that turned out to the worst that I have ever received. It is overly thick and does not look professionally done. However, that was not the worst part. The young lady who attended me displayed truly unprofessional behavior. I suffer from a condition called Brachymetatarsia, which is not uncommon. She actually laughed when she couldn't position my shortened toe correctly so that she could polish it. I'm a grown up and I don't suffer from self esteem issues, but if I did, her behavior would not have helped. Sure they are less expensive than my regular manicurist in Manhattan. I feel that I got what I paid for. I will not return.
