Horrible front desk service! Extensive waits with no regards for appointment times. No alternative solution given, not even an apology!! Lost two customers permanently. I’ve booked with sung quite a few times and she didn’t even acknowledge her mishap. Very disappointing!! Natalia is the best and does an amazing job on my wife but she will no longer go back based off what transpired today.
Basic Customer Service Rules: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
Receptionist only updated us about our EXTENSIVE wait after we asked her what seemed to be the issue. My number has been the same for quite a few years and SUNG nor anyone else at your location called to apologize as you stated! No worries though, as I stated 2 less clients for TOI SPA.

I had on a manicure and pedicure with a nail technician and automatically fell in love and sleep because it was quite relaxing. My pedicure was just a regular but she made it Splendid and her name is Tina. She is such a doll and I will absolutely come back for her. Thank you so much for her service

Toi spa is the best. Their facilities are very nice and their staff is all very friendly. It is very relaxing their too. Sung and Fabi are my two personal favorites. They play great music too!

The good: The place is quaint, elegant. They serve fruit and wine. Nice smelling candle and everybody was very nice.
What I didn't like: I got a gel nail polish change, it was a little on the expensive side, but I suppose it's because of all they offer. My polish was french gel polish ,I have a few nails where the white line is crooked...and some that are somewhat off. I am not real upset about it, just prefer not to go back.

Got the blue for men pedi today!! Helen did an awesome job very relaxing and the ambience was nice too!! Definitely will be back.
