I have had a manicure/pedicure in many places over many years, but never before have I encountered a salon where scrubbing the calluses on my feet or buffing my finger nails was a "$7 extra." Of course, I wasn't asked if I wanted these "extras" until the service was underway. The technician doing my feet had so little English that I didn't really understand what he was asking, and my agreement was unwitting. The technician doing my hands had spoke well enough for me to understand that I was being juiced. I won't be going back.

Went Wednesday afternoon, Saturday morning my nail was already chipped, this is the second time it happened to me, but I decided to give them a second chance just because the technician are so nice, however the manager is a very rude person. Today I called to let them know I would be coming to fix one nail to which the manager said that the technician who had done my nails was booked all day so if I wanted to have another technician fix it for me, I would have to pay $5. I said, I hasn’t even been 3 days since I got my nails done and now you are punishing the customer for not only putting them through the inconvenience of driving back to your location, but having to either wait or pay. He said “they (technicians) are all independent contractors, and they all have to be responsible for their work” to which I said “as a business you are responsible for customer satisfaction, as customers we don’t care how your business takes place, we care about the outcome” I continued to explain that I would go and pay since sincerely it’s not about the money, but the principle but I said that he's loosing a customer to which he replied “I don’t care” he continue to say “you cannot expect to come get free service whenever you get a chipped nail” I was livid at that point ”i said, it hasn’t even been 3 effin days” he said “I’m not going to argue with you” and hanged up on me.
Again, the technicians are very nice but the manager is not a good representation for this company.

Did not have a good experience here at all! I decided to give this place a try because I had a coupon for a 20% discount. 2 of my nails fell off within 3 days of getting my nails done (acrylic full set) and I had to go back here 3 times after because they couldn’t take me one of the times I went in. The nails were poorly done and felt super brittle. At the end of my appointment (6:30 pm, and they close at 7:00 pm) I felt rushed out the door so that they could close early and go home. I went to the counter to pay and let them know I had a coupon. The man ringing me up acted like he was doing math in his head and says $40...which is full price and I know this because I checked online before I went. Feeling completely ripped off I paid and knew I’d never come back here. Save yourself the headache and pay more for a good experience.

Absolutely love my gel manicure! Called in on a Friday morning to see if I could walk in or make an appointment, front desk got me an appointment for 20 minutes later. The other front desk girl helped me choose a color and my manicurist was so thorough and sweet! Such a calm place to come in and relax. Will definitely be coming back!

Costumer service is amazing!!!! The nails are so beautiful, and done without a single mistake! Highly recommend this nail salon!!!!!
