I'm new to Richardson so I googled reviews of a good nail salon to go to, so I saw Queen Nails had some pretty good reviews and I decided to go there. The service was good, they were really friendly. I asked to have fake nails put on, so she did. When she was half way done, I noticed one looked crooked, but she said it wasn't and kept going.. Well, by the time she was done, I could tell it was still crooked but I wasn't going to complain about it, I just decided I wouldn't go back. Also, the clear stuff they put on over the fake nails that's pretty thick (I don't know what it's called) she got it ALL over the back part of my nails and it looked like a huge mess. It was nasty looking.. So I will definitely not be returning there again.

I had a mani/pedi on Saturday. The service on the pedicure was great. The manicure left me with three bloody fingers :(. By Monday my fingernail polish was peeling off, by Tuesday my toenail polish was chipping. I don't know what the reasoning is on the polish not lasting longer than 48 hours, but I've never had that happen with other mani/pedis.

I have been going to queen nails for about a yr now & have nothing but positive experiences. Maybe its because I stick with the same person. They have a new tech named Kathy. Ask for her. She will do you right.
