The salon above on the sign says Walk-ins welcome. Well when we Walk in we were not greeted. Hair dresser was sitting on the chair on her phone waiting for a timer to go off. All I was looking for was a trim for both my girls 11 and 5. I never step back in there again.

The inexperienced stylist mentioned above is no longer working at our salon, she was fresh out of beauty school and we are very sorry about your experience. If you choose to come back I will cut your hair myself for no charge. I'm not the owner but I do take great pride in my workplace and own my own business from inside this salon. Very inexperienced hairdresser, very slow. Cut off more than I requested. Unfamiliar with cutting curly hair even though I asked prior. Looks like she put a bowl on my head. I asked for a trim which should be the same style just shorter. Shampoo was also poor. I could have gotten same cut at Supercuts much cheaper. Anyone can cut in a straight line. Could have done that myself. Very disappointed.
