Gel nails began chip after 4 days... this happened on two occasions. When I went in to complain they stated it was my fault. Went to Happy Nails around the corner on El Paseo, those Gel nails lasted the typical 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend the El Paseo location... not this one.

I got a gel manicure, which is supposed to last for up to two weeks. It lasted five days. I went and complained and got a second manicure. This one lasted me three days. Never going here again.

Clean relaxin atmosphere my nails and toes look like a million bucks but didn't cost that! Great prices excellent service thank you!

We have tried many salons and this one is one of the best especially considering the price. Everything is very clean and sanitary. Tracy takes very good care of us with here personal touch. I like the fact that the instruments used are sealed for individual use. I always add 10 minutes extra for the massage when I get a pedicure!

I went in to get just color for toes and hands. I went in at 6.30. I asked what time they close and the lady said at 7 so I asked if they had time to take care of me. They said yes, but when they started doing my nails I felt she was very rushed. I had gel on my nails that they had to remove and they didn't remove it completely. It looked like my nails were done by a kid. It looked like I did it myself with my left hand!!
Then my toes were also rushed. She didn't push the cuticle in so she can get the color even. It was a mess.
I politely told the manager that I was unhappy and she asked me to go the next day so they can fix it.
I think I'm going to ask for my money back and go somewhere else.
Dont go to this location. There are plenty of Happy Nails in Rancho.
