I have checked out about 6 units in this condo and it's great. Just haven't found the right one but cant wait til that day.
This condo has it all. The view, garden, tennis, basketball, pool, sauna, bar, salon, BBQs to being walking distance to parks and restaurants.
The area is safe and clean.
One day I will find my unit. Can't wait til then.

Wonderful staff, great access to Pier W. Adult building, Super hot water and super cold AC. Thumbs up!

The staff of this building go above and beyond for the residents. I’ve been visiting a couple of seniors there three times a week for two years now and they know me be name and are so kind and compassionate. The front desk employees as well as Martha. I just love knowing how safe and cared for the residents are

Beautiful views with a prestigious address. If you're going to live on Cleveland's Gold Coast, Winton Place is certainly the best building to be in. Nice residents with a mix of older people and younger working professionals. Professional and courteous staff. Front desk is staffed 24/7/365. Many amenities: indoor pool, underground parking garage, gym, sauna, party rooms, basketball and tennis courts, carwash, etc.
