worst experience i've ever had getting my nails done there. i was just getting one nail fixed i told the man not to paint in when i came in and when he got out the nail polish i was in a hurry and could paint it at home. he didn't listen. before all that though it was painful!! he was filing the sides so hard my finger started bleeding then he poured stuff on it to make it burn!! he didn't wipe up the blood on my finger his glove the nail or anything before painting which i didn't want him to do! was rude too! won't be returning ever again.

Had manicure. Nothing special. No hand moisturizer, they totally rushed, within a week of having my nice natura nails manicured I had three nails break due to cheap polish & gel setting. Plus tables were dusty & dirty. Won’t go back at all.

Went in for a pink and white fill while I was visiting from the New York City area. They did a good job on my nails, but charged me more than I pay in the Northeast! The sign said $25, but they charged me $40 for a full!

To say that my sisters experience with this nail salon was revolting would be an understatement. First off she got acrylic and regular pedi done for a wedding she was in. Acrylic should last at the most 2 weeks, so when she saw two days later that her nails started getting air pockets she knew it was a waste of money. We went back to the nail salon within four days of getting her nails done and asked them to remove the acrylic. Without soaking them the nail technician (I use that term loosley) tried to rip the acrylic off my sisters nails, a nail salon should know better than this! The part of the acrylic that managed to stay on was fused to her nail. Shr was in a lot of pain as he just nonchalatanly tried to rip the acrylic off her nails. Shouldn't going to the nail salon be a relaxing experience? Not a form of torture? I decided to tell the 'nail technician' that her nails needed to sit in solution first so it wouldn't be as painful. Because apparently he couldn't tell from her yelps and grimace that this was not the way to go. So he agreed and put her hands in solution. She sat in solution for 45 minutes before someone decided to come and check on her, when they saw that the acrylic was off, I watched in horror as the owner of the salon took a squeeze bottle and sucked up the solution she had been sitting in for 45 minutes and placed it back in a communal bottle to be used by another customer! I knew at that point that this would be our last time in this nail salon. That is the most unsanitary thing a nail salon could do, that would mean she was sitting in someone else's solution! That is one way to contract nail fungus, who knows what bacteria was sitting in the solution used on her... how many women before her used that very same solution?! Were the utensils used to pry off the acrylic at the beginning of this torture fest even sanitized? I highly recommend you find some place else to get your nails done if you want them done right, painlessly, and done in a sanitary manner.
