This experience occurred at the new location in the mall. I called ahead to make an appointment and was told to “just come in”. The salon was not busy when I arrived, a male tech who sat near the door was sleeping. Anyway, I went in to get a fill and nail repair. Horrible experience with Vanessa. She commented that my nails were "too much work", I asked for a fill with pink acrylic and she used a pink that was too dark that did not match the acrylic that I already had then she used one which was too light but proceeded to do the fill with it, saying that it would look better when she put clear on top (it did not), so I decided to get gel to try to salvage my fill in. Halfway through the fill a regular client walked in and she began to rush through the rest of my set. My cuticles are bleeding and I ended up with 6 layers of polish on one of my nails because she didn't polish it properly to begin with. If you have acrylics PLEASE go somewhere else. As you can see from the picture I still had acrylic all over my hands after I left. I will not be back. Please zoom in on picture.

Renovation very nice. Decent price. Quick without being sloppy. No idea why they were rated so low.

The lady was in a hurry. I had a new nail put on, a fill and a polish. Apparently she was the only one in the salon that does dip. So when I came in early, 2 people who wanted dip had to wait. So she started rushing through my service. When I asked her to please shorten the new nail she had applied because it was clearly longer than the rest, she argued with me that it wasn't. When she had finished filling my nails, she didn't have me wash my hands. I have never ever gotten my nails done where they don't have you wash your hands. So all of the nail dust was still present. I had to wipe my hands on my pants. And then proceeded to rush through my polish. And then she shooed me away to the nail dryers without even turning them on. I had to ask whom I am thinking was the owner if he could assist me on how to turn them on. I was not satisfied with this establishment. I will not be returning.
