The person on the front desk is so rude, I called today for an appointment, she said 3:30, fine I said , what's your name? I gave it to her. When I arrived she didn't even look at her book and told me I don't have an appointment today in your name, maybe you called some other place? I showed her my cell phone with their number, still she told me I'll have to wait and to come back in half an hour. She was so nasty, didn't deserve my business, I went to another store people were much nicer an polite.

Made an appointment first thing in the morning. Sat in my car and waited for them to open. As I saw them arrive, got out of my car. Nail technician recognized a return client and quickly ushered her to a chair as I was checking in. The other nail technician then told her I had an appointment in which I was quickly dismissed and told to wait. I waited 20 minutes and left without any service.
