I called Star Nails on a Saturday afternoon, wanting to get a polish change because I visited a different salon on Friday that had done a terrible job on a simple manicure. Right away, I loved Star! The person on the phone was helpful and courteous. When I arrived, I noticed that the polishes were in good condition, the salon was bright and clean, and I was greeted right away. All of the employees at Star acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. When I sat down for my polish change, the tech noticed that a few of my nails were not perfect from my manicure at the other salon, and he didn't hesitate to correct the issues, though I was simply at the salon for a polish change! Talk about excellent customer service! The tech did a great job polishing my nails and he made sure I stayed at the salon long enough, drying my nails to ensure a perfect finish. I can't wait to go back for more services!

Very pleasant staff. David did a great job on my pedicure! And the young man assisting is darling! Oh the lady who put the design only toes...great job!

Wonderful place clean and friendly. Anne is wonderful and does excellent work I’ve been going to her for 7 year.

Go somewhere else. These are the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I may take them off myself they’re so bad. People were very nice but the lady I had doesnt know how to do nails.

The owner is very nice and everyone is very respectful. The salon has recently been renovated and looks great. Everything is updated, inviting and relaxed. The place is very popular but not enough technicians.
