It was the holidays so understandable that they were busy. But it was much longer than they had told me (they said an hour and it was already past that 60 minute wait). I had my granddaughter with me. She was getting restless and wanted to leave. Not to be rude, I let the woman closest to the entrance know that they could take me off their list. She just glared at me and turned her head ignoring me. Didn't acknowledge that I spoke. I just laughed and my granddaughter, 9 yrs old, said as we walked away, HOW RUDE! Lol. I won't go back. I value good customer service and being professional is on the top of my list.

When I got my nails done there, the nail tech hurt my cuticle and made it bleed and act like nothing was happening. Also on the same finger it was crooked and said it was just my finger but my finger was obviously straight. Literally on the SAME Finger my nail like automatically broke for some reason. And the gel on the nails can easily come off.

They were fast about getting me in and I love my nails but it wasnt the design I had asked or showed the woman that did my nails. There not the right color and there also not the right shape. The nails I got are pretty just not really what I wanted and some of my nails are crooked.

I had 3 different people work on my nails and they came out terrible. Some are crooked. They are different lengths and shapes and super thick. I wasn’t able to wash hands so there is dust in the polish. Not impressed at all!

Hands Down beat place to get your nails done. They always do a excellent job highly recommend them to anyone that I know.
