I LOVE this place so much. I would never imagine anyone there being rude to me. Always nice people, always very welcoming, always great service. One of my very favorite places to go. Nails always look good when i leave they never have any problem fixing mistakes and i even have a good time chatting while I’m there too.

My daughter and I have never had a bad experience here. The people are nice and courteous. Take their time with us. If there is a mistake they fix them. The prices are much better than some places. I love this place!!!

My experience with them was ok, but not great. I have witnessed Erica, the owner, actually calling a customer an idiot after she messed up one of her fingers. I’m assuming she is also the same Erica that gave her store a 5 star rating(LOL). That customer sat there in shock . I would have had choice words for her if that would have happened to me. Very unprofessional and a big No No in my book. I’ve been there twice and feel like they take their clientele for granted.

FINALLY FOUND MY HOLY GRAIL NAIL SPA!!! Erica and Sue delivered top notch service!! Not sure why there are negative reviews...this place was packed, so clearly people love it! Great customer service! Erica and Sue went above and beyond! This place is true to their name - pure serenity!! :)
