Got my nails done yesterday and there was two young kids there who did a terrible lumpy job tried to charge me 45 for a full set I gave him 30$ never been so unsatisfied with my nails!! I do not reccomend this place at all almost seemed like he had no idea what he was doing!

Horrible horrible horrible..... sent my teenage daughter to get her nails done and they took a advantage that she had no adult with her.... her nails were done sloppy.... and the amount of acrylic that was left under the nail is insane..... and don’t get me started on the paint job...if I had a car I would have drove over there and asked for a refund.... and then they never pick up there phone.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Went there on a Sunday at 5 oclock... all we wanted was a polish for my grandaughter. Was told it would be a half hour wait. So went shopping and came back a half hour later and was told they were closing! Didnt care that they told me to come back! Pretty much ignored me! I will never give them my business again! Plenty of other friendlier places! Don't go! Reviews aren't good anyway! This salon is located in the Eastfield Mall..Springfield Ma.

DO NOT COME HERE ..... my nails look horrible, they do a sloppy job , the lady wasn’t even paying attention to my nails to busy looking at a video on her phone , waste of $45 and plus so greedy for tips for a terrible job
