They did a wonderful job having to fix my daughter's messed nails. They are so pretty. They always do a great job and want their customers happy. I love coming here. Great job everytime!

Many years ago I wouldn't think twice about going anywhere but Angel Nails. However, since moving back to Richmond I have continually been disappointed. I get the same nail tech, often times there was no one else to request. She DOES NOT like her job. I've never seen her smile. She rushes through the process, and my nails look as if an amateur has done them. Today was the last time for me. For a minute I got distracted answering a question for my grandson and she actually yanked my hand back into position. My cuticles look bad, my nails aren't smooth therefore the polish looks rough. My nails are always longer on side and she skips putting the oil on my nails. I love the owner but he's not usually there when I'm able to come in.

it is a clean and friendly and cautious place she takes her time and does it to perfection they stay on for weeks after weeks without needing any repair just a fill in and a huge selection of styles and colors!

I went to Angel Nails a few days before my daughter's wedding to get a SNS French tip. The tech was so busy talking about how much better his home country was, that he cut me with the grinder used to remove old polish. Long story short...he just worked through it wiping blood and dipping and painting my nails. He said he was sorry, but charged full price of $45, and crazy me even tipped. I left with it still bleeding and wore a bandaid until the wedding. I should have left the bandaid on because my finger was a red scabby mess and my white French tip was pink.😭

Amazing service. My sister and I showed up to get SNS manicures with Tips. And Pedicures. We were immediately greeted, and took back to start our pedicures. Each of us had someone doing our pedicures, and another doing nails all at the same time. It was all done in under an hour for sure. But they didn’t cut any corners, the end result was great.
I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails, and when I had critiques I said “I’m sorry, I’m just really picky” and he said “it’s good to be picky” I was very satisfied with this service, and I will continue to go back.
