I asked for a simple Ambre look and not only was it bulky and lumpy but it wasn't anywhere near the design. I had them redo it and still the same. A few days passed and they are chipping!! I called them to see what they can do for me and they hung up on me. I don't recommend this place at all. They advertise beautiful nails on their website and can't even do a simple line. They do stickers that don't even stay long. Don't be fooled by the clean and friendly environment.

I must admit, I’m not the easiest customer when it comes to design work on my mani’s, but I give them photo examples and Karina is excellent at recreating them every time. Kim is also one of my favorite aunties working there. She’s always so bright and cheerful :)

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your time and money. Also, you can tell the good reviews are fake lol. We agreed on a price when I called on the phone (their prices on their website are incorrect) and then the angry little man tried to price gouge once I arrived. The whole staff was very unwelcoming the second I walked in. I looked at my sister baffled at his behavior which he then very aggressively said “do you want your nails done or not?” I said not and ended up leaving that day very flustered at how rude and condescending the little man was. I went to nail artistry II the next day because it’s by my house (and I’m clearly a glutton for punishment), the angry little man came into this location while I was there and began to very blatantly start talking about me to his coworkers. This was very uncomfortable considering I was the only customer in there. I ended up paying $60 for some of the ugliest nails I’ve ever seen, and I asked her for what I thought was a very simple nail design. I just ended up repainting them once I returned home. Moral of the story, their quality sucks, and they’re entirely over-priced. Save your time and energy

If I could give zero stars I would!! First off the prices online are nowhere near the actual prices and they said they haven’t updated their website because they don’t have time!! What kind of quality business says that??? Then a price was agreed on over the phone for my sister and I and for a fill and full set and once we got there they started making up any reason they could to price gouge us. Finally my sister just asked to have them fill her nails she didn’t even want them to add nail polish just acrylic and they still wanted an additional 10$ . These places wanna nickel and dime you for unsatisfactory product and service!! They are worried about 10 more dollars instead of appreciating the 130 plus tips they were about to make for an hour of work!! The man that works there in his 40 ‘s with glasses was extremely rude and said to my sister “ do you want them or not”? How about definitely NOT!! I’d rather donate that money to charity then ever spend it in a place like that!! I’ll stick with my usual place “ nails by Bill” him and his wife are the best and have some of the best prices and quality available. I was on a time constraint and Bill wasn’t available but lesson learned for sure
