This place was terrible. I went in to get my cartlige pierced and they completely messed it up. For starters, they used a piercing gun, instead of a hollow needle, which I learned later can actually severely damage your cartlige and, is even illegal in some states. Secondly, they pierced it much lower than I had asked and only had one choice in earring to put in, which was an ugly, huge, gold ball. Finally, a few days later my ear became severely infected and so swollen that I couldn’t even take the earring out. My cartlige is permentaly damaged and when I went in to explain what happened they told me it was not their fault and they would not refund the $50 they charged me. Don’t let them pierce your ears.

Absolutely awful customer service. I scheduled an appointment for both my friend and I to get a trim at the same time. On our drive to the appointment, five minutes before it started, the salon called to say that they needed to reschedule. They did not apologize. When we showed up for our rescheduled time, they said they only had space for one of us. They did not apologize or act like they care, especially the male receptionist. We both left and will never go back again, despite being established customers.

Kayla is my stylist and she always gives me what I want! I've never had a bad haircut! She's very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced! The salon is clean and stylish and the prices are Juneau prices. I also like Sandra she's trendy and always put together. Love this salon! Best one in town
