My French manicure looked nice then after a few days began looking dirty and gray on the tips. Must be the polish, place was nice and clean but need a manicure to last more than a few days, I get gel and it usually lasts 3wks for me.

Excellent care and detail.
I have found a new home for my nail needs.
Pedicure was above and beyond what other places have done.
The care that is put into my acrylics is very much appreciated.
I work in customer service and people compliment me all the time on my nails.

Went in for a pedicure, he pulled skin from my nail/toe then places something on it that burned.
I then let them talk me into getting a basic manicure. I Wanted red and green nails with some Christmas art. In the light I realized I picked a orange and asked the lady who was not busy because I was literally the only customer at the time, if she could grab me a red because I actually grabbed a orange. The man started yelling at me and her, she pleaded with him to calm down. He continued to slam nails down in front of me and go off on us. I said you can’t treat people this was and over something so small, I said, this isn’t a big deal, I picked the wrong color and she doesn’t mind grabbing me a red. Not to mention the art on the nails that I requested were just stickers and he put them on every which way.
I will never go back. He is a rotten individual and the place was way to expensive.
Painful & mistreated was my experience

I rarely get my nails done. I’m a very active person and I’m rough on my hands (lots of baking, gardening, general rough activities). I was hesitant to have my nails done for a formal event because the three other times I’ve done it in the past at other locations, my nails ended up horrible and way too long to use. I was 100% pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The staff was quick, but friendly, and it seemed as though they really wanted to give me the best value service. The gal doing my nails asked my opinion along the way and made sure I was happy with length/shape/color every step of the way.
Partway through there was a woman who came in with her daughter making a scene about how much she hated her daughter’s nails (they had apparently grown out a bit and she was furious you could see her daughter’s real nail...you know...like what happens when your nail grows naturally like it should 🤦🏻♀️). The staff ended up filling in the brat’s nails for free very quickly and they were incredibly friendly to the woman and her daughter (the pair of them were self entitled and dumb). I was impressed with the staff’s professionalism and how they handled an uncomfortable situation.
I would definitely recommend this place, and I would have no problem returning for future formal events. The gal doing my nails made them short enough (I went for acrylic) so I could actually use my hands in my normal everyday activities, and she did such an amazing job that they lasted a full month.

I’m giving them 2 stars, because my pedicure results were actually pretty decent & the place seems pretty clean.
Here’s what didn’t work:
-treated with disgust when I wasn’t interested in a gel pedicure.
-treated the same way when my foot slipped & splashed the woman on the arm from the spa, as it was filling.
-the massage control is fastened to the chair in a spot impossible to use, requiring the same woman to reach over me to adjust the chair & start a very aggressive setting for the massage functions. None of the options can be selected.
-the gentleman who did my pedicure was visibly irritated with me any time I flinched at his painful diggings & clippings, when I moved to adjust my toe ring (actually yelled at me), & joked about dumping my callous shavings in my handbag. I think it was a joke?
-the same gentleman also used my toes to wipe of the tools as he was cleaning & scraping under the nail & cuticle. I sat there with my own “toe jam” (sorry) on my own toes. He placed my feet in the spa to rinse this more than once, in the same water.
-every “local” was greeted with hugs & warm hellos, making it very clear I wasn’t quite as welcome.
Like I said at the beginning, decent pedicure results & the place is clean...but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a nail salon in the 30+ years I’ve been going to them.
