Today I was treated exceptionally well by the personnel from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Not only was the service exceptional, but also the technical competence amazed me. Beyond that... massage chairs! Wow. Excellent business in my opinion.

I will never patronize Kim’s nails on 1200 Decker Rd. Baytown again!! This is her second time not servicing me after driving 20 minutes to her shop. I called and spoke with someone that said come in now all of a sudden she’s to busy come back tomorrow hah! To be honest I think she doesn’t want to service black woman.

Needed a new set for my birthday. New to the area so I searched around and read reviews. Kim did a great job on my nails. I'm very satisfied with the service and will be returning when it is time for a fill.
