I have been to Natural Nails for a dip Mani and a pedicure. I have to say from the moment you walk in the door you feel so welcomed! And when you have an appointment they actually see you before walk-ins which is more than I can say for another Brewerton nail salon. They offer you a beverage and are all super sweet. I have found my new go to!

Everyone there is very nice and the place is very pretty and clean, however the two times I’ve been there so far, I’ve made an app so that two of us could get pedicures and yet each time I’ve sat with my feet in lukewarm water while waiting forty minutes for someone to start. The person who came with me is to the point of polish before my pedicure even gets started. I’m not sure why they take appts if they can’t accomodate them.

Will NEVER go back again, totally messed up my daughter's nails for Senior Ball...wasn't impressed with the workers & lack of personality & NOT listening to what she wanted & even had pictures of...SMH
