First time here. Called earlier today and made an appointment which was pointless because I just sat there waiting for 22 minutes. Just left. How about don't take walk ins that screw up your schedule when you know an appointment is scheduled. Won't be returning.

NEW OWNER has made this place awesome!! I Highly Recommend! This is now my favorite Sherman Oaks treasure! Excellent gels and pedicures and the chairs are awesome! It's clean and the owner, Joanne, stays on top of everything and loves customer feedback. I love supporting this local business and enjoying great service!

First of all I was about 15 minutes late (called ahead to let them know/apologize). Granted the salon was completely dead they were very kind to me regardless of the delay. They sat me down in front of a younger gentleman. Let me tell you...this was the BEST gel manicure I have recieved since moving to the LA area (Washington DC native)! He really took his time and was very gentle. He even asked what shape I wanted...this should be a normal question for any nail tech to ask but I honestly have not been asked it in years...crazy right? When I told them I wanted dark red they brought me several choices. The outcome of my nails look amazing. Excellent shape/cuticles look awesome/paint looks perfect. Free parking in the back was nice. Interested to see the place when busy..
