This was my first time visiting Royal Nails & Spa and I absolutely loved it! They attended me quickly and the place was very clean. Jessica is the technician who did my nails. She was polite and professional and did a wonderful job. I love the shape and length. Overall a 5 star service. I will be returning for sure.

I LOVE my nails. This is my first time going since I just recently moved to Clemmons and Im not going anywhere else. I don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails she had short brownish reddish hair she did a AMAZING job on my nails I’ve had nail salons tell me they can’t do coffin shirt nails and she did them perfectly also she gave great massages. I was falling asleep. Go here!!!

As a man I haven't been to other nail places but I've really enjoyed the two pedicures I've gotten here and pedicures are ferda boys it feels really good and it keeps your feet from looking like your dad's gross feet so I suggest them and we like coming here these massage chairs alone are worth it though last time they never turned it on and it made me sad but the pedicure was extra good so it all evened out

I have been going to Royal Nails for over a year now. I receive excellent service every time! Liz is my fav but they all are great! Very professional and it is gorgeous inside.

It is my second time visiting and Jessica did an amazing job!! The staff was all incredibly nice but she was just really positive and made my terrible day a whole lot better. She took the extra time on my nails that made the manicure go from good to great. Highly recommend this place!
