Coco was very polite but the prices are ridiculous not only that but I was told I couldn’t get a massage because it was busy , I was being rushed . I didn’t like how my eyebrows were done .

I got a gel manicure and after a week, my nails were chipping around the corners. This is not acceptable, especially for the price of gel manicures. I do not recommend this place.

Quite bad. If it was good quality but bad service, ok. If it was good service but bad quality, ok. But this was bad quality and bad service. I asked for a standard mani-pedi. The pedicure is ok, the manicure was messy and uneven and the technician got up and left me multiple times. But the worst of the worst was that she told me that I should be tipping her more! I'm normally a generous tipper but tip is extra and she didn't go a good job. I told her I tipped her for the job she did (which wasn't good). The salon had some cleanliness concerns as well. They didn't unwrap new utensils for any of the clients, dropped a cuticle clipper on the ground and then immediately went back to using it and the common surfaces weren't completely covered with paper towels, it was just feet and hands on bare footrests/desks. Do not recommend.

So bad, unprofessional, and overpriced. Went there 3 times, each one consisted of extremely bad customer service followed by the nail technician very aggressively nagging me for a tip. Do not go here.

The definition of unprofessional. Aggressive, rude and you might as well save your money and not get a “manicure” because they don’t really do much anyway. They didn’t even touch my cuticles even after I told them specifically to clean them. Barely even removed my red nail polish before putting on my pink.
