The intention of this post is to provide a wholesome review of my experience.
Environment & Decor: 5 stars
The nail technicians create a very friendly, fun, and positive atmosphere by the way they engage with each other and the clients. Warm and tasteful colors that encourages a peaceful experience.
Professionalism: 2 stars
2 of the 3 nail technicians that provided service that day, were not skilled nail technicians. For instance, the second woman who removed my gel manicure left residue of the old red color and it could be seen through my new light gel manicure. Additionally, the nails on my thumbs were not even. The third woman who was instructed to design my nails was not certain on how to do so and was learning as she was doing the design on my nails. She was literally being coached by another nail technician.
Quality: 2 stars
The stones that were applied to my nails fell off the same evening. My cuticles had clumps of uneven paint.

Awesome!!! Amazing experience I love all the techs I usually ask for Nancy though. You wont be disappointed.

We booked appointment and the receptionist didn't put it in it wasn't busy when we first went that's why we made an appointment. She lied and said it wasn't her.I feel some kind of way about this.

This nail salon is definitely 5 star, top notch. The owners and staff are a pleasure to deal with and the atmosphere is beautiful. It is extremely clean and well lit. It is the best nail salon in the area. I highly recommend the powder dip. You will not be disappointed.
