After spending $80 on a full set of gel x nails, the nails started falling off the next day. Quinn did my nails. She didn't know what she was doing. Don't go here! I got my nails done for New Years Eve, and they had all fallen off by then.

I have been getting my nails done here for about a year now, and have always had a positive experience. This is the BEST place I have found for French manicures. I’ve consistently had perfect French tips done by several different staff members. They also do a fantastic job on shape. This gel manicure is almost 2 weeks old and still looks flawless; mine usually last 3 weeks here and the price is very reasonable. They are always friendly unless a customer is outright mean or disrespectful to them.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went last week for a gel x set, the lady rushed through the process because it was the end of the night and slapped my hand out of the way, and got frustrated when I moved on accident. My nails have all fallen off now only 4 days later. I wasted almost 100 dollars. The lady consistently rolled her eyes and criticized my fake tan saying it looked terrible. The workers there are insanely rude and disrespectful, I am appalled and horrified that the workers treat people like this. Run while you can.

I have been coming here every 2 weeks it depends HUGELY on which nail tech you get. This was my last because of how inconsiderate and neglectful the nail tech was. I asked her to please be gentle removing the gel because they’re my real nails, she looked at me, smirked, then kept sanding away extremely aggressively and not even looking at my nail half the time! She then cut me and drew blood. My nails were so thin and brittle when she finished, my nail beds literally hurt. She completely ruined my beautiful long nails which took months to grow out. Two days later and they all started breaking off and I just had to go to another salon to have them all cut off. The gel was terrible and peeling in 1 day. She was my final straw. I’m sorry to the good techs here, but they vary too much. They also charged me $60 for a 15 min shoulder rub, which they do not tell you costs anything. They don’t have massage chairs so one might assume it’s free (another nail tech just comes and rubs your shoulders while you get your nails done, not an actual masseuse). Breaking all my nails off though was my final straw. Never going back and can’t recommend.

I have been to many nail salons, but this place is consistently the best place I have been to. Very professional staff that are all great at what they do, it is easy to walk in/get last-minute appointments, they are super fast, and most importantly, super clean! Definitely recommend it.
