Highly recommend this salon. I’ve been going to this salon for years. Very pretty and clean. Christina does a wonderful job on my nails. I am always getting compliments on them from others.

Very kind and patient. I only have nails done couple times a year so going is a treat and the routine that so many seem to know so well is pretty foreign to me. She helped me find the color I was looking for and I love it!

Unlike most nail salons it doesn't reek of acetone and the other chemicals ordinarily used in nail salons. Maybe it's because it has really high ceilings and the chemicals float to the ceiling or they have a good ventilation system, or a combination of both, but my eyes aren't burning and my throat isn't raw by the time my appointment is over.

Went in just to get a dip manicure and I ended up leaving with all of my fingers bleeding from both the file and the drill. It was also super dirty and cluttered.

Prepare for a horrendous 3 HOUR journey. Now to start it was fine. I was greeted promptly and explained I needed my acrylics taken off and replaced with a new set because my natural nails were breaking beneath the acrylics. So I needed my nails cut back down with new acrylics. Picked out my color and waited 30 minutes. The man who did the work made me feel like a burden and sighing because it is kind of a long process, however I've had this done at another salon and it took about an hour. Now, he also asked what I wanted and I told him the same thing I told the lady. It took him at about 30 minutes to get my acrylics off. Had me soak my hands in the acetone and drilled a bit off, soaked some more and drilled off some more and then repeated that 1 more time.....so now my hands are dried out bad from the acetone. Not sure why he didn't soak cotton balls in acetone and wrap them in aluminum foil around just my nails for about 10 minutes or so and then drill them off. I saw another client having this done so I know they know how to do that there. He also soaked the drill heads in the acetone with my hands and used unclean looking pliers to get them out. He finally gets them off and asks if I want to keep my original nails. So apparently I misunderstood because I said yes thinking that you have to have some kind of nail to put the acrylics on. Soooooo even though I TOLD HIM I WANTED A NEW SET OF ACRYLICS he obviously didn't listen because he asked me about keeping my actual nails. He then proceeds to use the liquid and powder used for acrylics on my real nails and shapes then similar to my almond acrylics. He doesn't make sure they're all the same length and looks like he hates his life, is sighing, and mentions a few times about how much work this is. Oh it gets better because after the powder and liquid hardens he starts grinding them to smooth them and does underneath I guess to cut down the natural nail some. On one of my fingers the grinder was hitting my skin and hurts a little because it essentially rubbing my skin raw. So naturally I jerk my hand away a bit and he says, "no it wont hurt you, you're just scared." OH. MY. GOD! If I was scared I would've jerked away the very first time he got the grinder drill out. He has me rinse my hands off and tells me not to use soap. No lotion or cuticle oil to help my skin from the acetone damage. He was also rough with my hands during the process and kept checking his personal phone messages. So that was an hour long process. It took him another 30 minutes to paint my nails. He did 3 coats when 2 was enough and redid a nail when it was perfectly fine to begin with. I finally get to start drying and he waits a few minutes before the top coat which is fine, BUT when he finally does the top coat he put so much on it was like SYRUP!! He told me to run the dryer machine 3-4 times before leaving. I did 4 which was the last 30 minutes I was there. I figured it should be fine after 30 minutes of drying because top costs should be dry after 15 minutes. How wrong I was since he put on waaaaay too much. The pictures attached show that even after an hour and a half I was still able to mess up my polish. I ended up redoing them myself when I got home. I ALSO wasn't told about the 10% discount for paying with cash which I could've done that because I actually had cash. I know that I could've said something while it was all happening, but after the first hour and a half I just wanted to leave and never come back. I WILL NEVER step foot in this salon again. I don't care if it's the last salon on earth. NEVER. AGAIN.
