They tend to rush at closing and are not friendly. They actually stand by the door at 630 pm waiting and rushing. They're simply rude and I do not recommend or will return to this location. Not to mention, if you're getting polish on your toes and waiting for them to dry, they Will turn the lights off on you... literally. I mean, it's not like they are giving me a free service. They're getting paid, and need to have better customer service.

Awful. I got my nails done today for a fill in. The lady who did my nails cut every one of my fingers and all the products afterwards burned my fingers. My design nails the one looks fine but the one on my left hand looks awful. I had her fix it and then she re did it and it looks just as bad. The gel and acrylic does not even go down the sides of my nail. My gel polish is streaky. I would 100% not recommend this place! Not worth $46 dollars or my time!

Very sweet staff but the day after I got my sns fill in I had 2 nails break. I went and got those fixed and later that day another breaks. I have never gotten my nails done and then break that quick. I paid over $70 including a $20 tip so no nails should have broken that fast.

I’ve been coming here for close to a year and they do a great job! Everyone is welcoming and my wait minimal (if there is one). The place is clean and provides great service. As a Mom, this is my ‘me time’ and I feel great after leaving here. I highly recommend Fendi Nails.
