I went here for an acrylic fill. Here's the thing- she used powder fill instead of acrylic. The entire process took 2 hours which is something I have never experienced. My nails were also previously coffin shaped and some of the shape has been lost. Additionally, there is a noticeable bump in a few of my nails where she didn't file down the powder fill enough. All in all for $85 + tip I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service and mediocre mani/pedis. There are so many salons that do a better job and charge less. Massage was not good and I had to ask the masseuse to go harder 4 separate times. They reuse tools without cleaning them. Don’t recommend!

Too expensive for pretty much less than average service. The salon itself is nice and clean facilities but as someone new in the city I had a strange experience as a customer, and a little unprofessional, resulting in them wanting cash tip only, asking for more than I was willing to give as the service wasn't that great. I had spent $78 here and on top all the nail varnish ruined my handbag because they didn't organise payment system beforehand.

Good service. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure on a Friday afternoon. The lady that assisted me took her time (1.5 hrs). I wasn't in a hurry, but just a word of caution that they don't rush. I was disappointed that all of the massage spa chairs used for pedicures were broken. Hopefully they are fixed soon.

Help when I needed it! I got "powder" nails on a recent trip to FLA. True they last longer but your nails grow leaving a gap at the cuticles. All the nail salons in NYC and no one wanted to remove them. Too time consuming. They don't do them. Don't have the equipment etc. Fran at Blooming Nail said sure. She didn't have the tool but used a file and her Metro Card! to loosen and remove them. That's ingenuity AND she did a great job following up with a basic manicure...Thanks Fran. I'll be back.
