Star gave me an amazing facial yesterday. Super professional, and easy to get along with!! I wish I could post before and after pictures because the difference is amazing. My skin is glowing and my acne healed a lot overnight. I’ll be back for another soon!

I had Lyndsay Law give me an AMAZING facial last week. As good as any high end boutique spa facial. My skin looks amazing. She was on time. The front desk staff is prompt and professional!

Great place! I have never left disappointed. I usually get hair work done here like coloring and styling but I have also been for the makeup and manicure/pedicure. If you go here, just make sure you are extremely clear on what you want done and also expect that it will take a little longer than usual since these are students. They have the constant supervision of their teachers as well and often will check in with them. I have loved all my experiences. They do a great job on hair, makeup and manicures/pedicures. I hear their massages are also amazing! I will need to try that out. ;)

Horrible place! I spent 7 hours in chair just to get hair cut and colour my roots. My face, ears and neck all in black colour, and she did not even wash it properly. And she just destroyed my hair! I came with nice long hair wishing make some changes in my look and cut it to my shoulders, and now i look like i grabbed my hair and cut it myself with the axe.

I love the services at the Poway location! Everyone is super nice & helpful. I like that they listen to what I want and give me options. Especially when it comes to hair coloring & looking for ways to cover the grey hairs it does take longer for cut & color but I rather they take their time to do it right then rush for the next customer. I highly recommend this place & suggest you sign up to get their email promotions each month. Thanks to everyone @BellusAcademy for always making me look beautiful!
