Very disappointed in the level of customer service that was displayed. Not only did I notice the imperfections of my nails The level of customer service from this place is unacceptable. I got my nails done here by Tina and once I got home I noticed some imperfections that should be fixed. I called and spoke with Tina and she assured me that she will fix it with no problem and to come on Monday at anytime. She stated that I wouldn’t have to wait and they would not be busy. Welp I came in on Monday and not only did I have to wait but she was rude and told me I could just go somewhere else. She is the one who did my nails and messed up on some of the nails but refused to correctly fix the issue. Not what I expected after spending $100 in this place. I will be getting my money back and will NEVER ever return or recommend this place.

First time visiting T Nails. Love Love Love this place!!! Tina was excellent! I had the dip with manicure and I could not believe the massage they do on your neck, shoulders and back of head! It was heavenly. This is definitely going to be my new nail salon!!! Love my nails!!💖❤️💝

Always the best! Have tried other places, but they still can't compare. Definitely the best bargain too. Friendly, fun staff that always remember you and truly appreciate your patronage provide great service. It's a real family affair here.
